Gaming The SM RedCafe League

Ya I'm fecked on paper I'd say. Missing a few players due to fitness and injuries.

That means nothing; I've had a full squad pretty much at full fitness but I still haven't won feck all!

I think to be fair, you should be more worried about Chelsea loaning Ozil and Iniesta, and other teams loaning their best players to whoever plays you, just to make sure you lose.

 What an idiot! Their chairmen won't let them loan out their best players!

My chairman would not even let me loan out Robert Huth.

And don't worry Cider, I've got a newly increased Cavani and a soon to be increased Falcao to put a few past Danny fecking Shittu's Chelsea.

I've been rotating my squad for each game I play in. Currently I only have 3 players (out of 23) who are below 100% (2 of which are/were injured).

Oh dear, looks like there's no hope for you then with your current form.

I discussed this before the season started; Balotelli came up with the plan; he suggested that we should get our blip over with during the first few games, wait until Newcastle, then win every game until the end of the season. I told him that it just might be crazy enough to work.

Match of the Century tonight, West Brom vs the welsh Swansea.

Good luck Burrow, it can't have been easy getting the welsh Swansea to understand you.

You sure? I heard Mario say it was the Wigan match at home for the undefeated run :nervous:

I need him for tonight, Walker's fecked and Dawson's injured. I'll loan him back to you after if you still want him?

Why do you think? You shouldn't loan out players if you've not got enough cover for when you get injuries. Recalling a player on matchday fecks over the manager who'd loaned him; it's just a shady thing to do - it's not Sol's fault you can't manage your team properly; the sporting thing would have been to just make do with what you had, not to shadily screw Sol over to cover for your inadequacies.

Well If I could I'd of re-called someone else, but Bassong & Corluka are on season long loan deals so I can't re-call them.

It was either re-call Nelson or play someone out of position, and for fecking him over he uses Nelson as a back up not a 1st choice CB. Not that I'm bothered whether he plays a lot as he has better rate CB's which he will obviously use.

That's what you should have done then. The game will get increasingly stupid if everyone just starts loaning out and recalling players just for the odd games here and there; we already had somebody at the weekend asking to borrow a player for two games, now you're recalling a player just for one game.

Ah right, no problem. Yeah I'll have him back after.

There we go Cider, pipe down.

Well it's plain bad luck I had one that was knackered and the other was injured. The only CB's I have out on loan that I could re-call was Nelson or Martinez, obviously I'm going to choose the higher rated one of the two.

It is only for the one game as hopefully Walker will be back up to fitness after the game and as Sol has said he would like Nelson back. No point me re-calling him just to let him sit on the bench/reserves when Sol needs him as cover.

Sorry for the inconvenience to you, I wouldn't have re-called him had he been a 1st choice for you.

Just pop in a loan bid for him after the game and I'll send him back.

It's the principle that I'm talking about rather than this one example. The rules regarding loaned players are silly, but with a bit of discipline and sporting behaviour we can get around those bugs in the game; lending players to people or recalling players for one or two games just seems to be needlessly taking advantage of an aspect of the game that's clearly not been thought through properly by the designers.

It does seem a bit harsh. If Sneijder picks up an injury I'm not going to recall Scholes or Anderson. You weigh up before you accept the bid whether you risk being without him, if you do and you get an injury, that's what you accepted before accepting the loan.

Had deleted all the messages from club overview before reading the chairman's expectations, is there any way to find it.

You've missed the point, but whatever, if that's how you wanna play then that's up to you.

Personally I can assure all clubs with City players on loan that you can have them season-long (or perhaps I'll review after 19 league games) no matter what my own situation.

I do see your point and It's not something I plan to do again if possible. The fact of the matter is I had no other CB's in the team so had to re-call someone to cover. Either that or play someone out of position of which I would have no idea how well they could perform there.

Had I of had a back-up or even a youngster I'd of chanced them there but I don't even have another CB in my youth team. The thing that annoys me is the loans that started before the game, I can see the point in not being able to loan back from the english clubs (Caulker/Bassong) but it seems unreasonable that I can't loan back the likes of Corluka who could of acted as cover in this situation.

Damiens got a tough game away to Crystal Palace. Hopefully his first loss in the League! Come on Palace!

There is no way I'll get anything from that match. I've seen the lineup I'm putting out and Big-Red had a bye in the cup so that's a big advantage for him. He can field full strength if he wants - I can't.

Ok, but he acts as cover for Sol. He isn't a first choice, had he been I wouldn't of bothered re-calling him as I'd be then causing him a problem.

I don't have the best defence in the first place so injuries will hit me harder there. If I had thought about my cover I may not of loaned him out but then that deprives Sol of his cover.

Wouldn't be much point of him playing no time at all for me had I not got injuries.

 Give it a rest, Damien. You know damn well that you got a great team, yet ahead of every match you start with this "Oh, I will not get anything from this game. I got no chance, best I can hope for is 1 point." This fake humbleness is getting annoying!

You should keep Nelson then, Levo, as you've obviously not got enough cover in CB. Why would you be planning on loaning him out again if recalling players is not something you plan to do again if possible?

That bye in the cup has resulted in my players losing match sharpness though, can see it being a tough game.
