Both will rise not sure if early but both will rise.

World Cup call ups strengthen the case for an early one though.

In fact just seen Belgium is in the current review slot so should be in the next week or two. Doing South America first and Championship.

Thanks! Probably an idea to go through the WC squads and see if there are any other callups that are notably below the rest in rating

Solid Championship risers there for Spurs

and the big five. Whereabouts is Belgium in the reviews now?

Hope you're prepared for the onslaught of bids from the vultures after Musiala rises to 91/92

i am prepared for the abuse from people when i dont respond to msgs

my team sucks, mad old, i need to keep him forever
Yeah just seen you have a lot of players that have been there since the first five seasons. Of my squad I think that only applies to Ramos, Eriksen, Goretzka and maybe Stones if you ignore the year he was at Ipswich for.

It is tough to let players go but sometimes you need to do it to avoid having players closing in on their 40s.

in all the years theres only ever been 1 offer that i regret not taking
everything else i've been offered has been a negative gain for my squad

I'm not saying you wait for people to bid, sometimes you've got to be the active one and make offers. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't (@CrackersJr has had my pants down the last few times we've done deals)

Beg your pardon. But my tagline would suggest otherwise.....

FFP Rule Violations
  • A club may not have a squad larger than his Max Squad limit.
  • Loaned In players will count to your squad size.
  • If your squad size exceeds your limit, your club will be banned from transferring any players in to the club. This includes P/E deals.
  • If you reach your squad cap, you may sign players but any deals would require 1 player in and 1 player out to ensure you remain on your squad cap. You can't just accept a bid for one of your players while making a bid for another player. You must either be below cap at time of making bid without players or make a bid that includes a player in part exchange.
  • For teams with squads below the FFP, any bid made on a player shall be assumed to be won by the team bidding, and included in determining your squad limit for FFP.

First FFP violation for @RedSky for bidding cash on Keddari while at squad cap. Had an outgoing bid accepted but like the rule says the player has to be out before the bid is made.

Ban is from 18th December 2022 - 18th January 2023.

Got a few questions about the stuff that's changed since I last played for @RedSky @Damien etc

  • Whats my FFP squad size? I don't see it on the list on the first page.
  • When is transfer season, or is always on?
  • How often will I get transfer/loan requests from AI-clubs if I've listed a player?
  • Anyone got a good spreadsheet I can copy for squad evaluation?
  • When is the next scheduled break (I need some games to experiment)
  • What happens if I get Burnley relegated?
  • Releasing a retired player mid-season - will I save some cash on wages or is it paid till the end of the season either way?

1. Ask Damo
2. Always on
3. It varies, can be quick to receive bids, but normally takes at least a week.
4. Use mine - You can hide the columns you don't give a shit about, but the breakdown sheet is useful.
5. End of the season, 27th Jan for about 2 weeks?
6. You won't but if you do you drop down a division and will get less income.
7. You'll get the players valuation at the end of the SM Season (27th Jan), you'll get his players valuation upfront. Flog Lennon now.

Just noticed, we've not been doing the youth table for ages now. :(

Want me to start doing it Damo?
It's fine, I'll re-do it again for January (hopefully the top 5 leagues will be done by then). Used to be a lot less time consuming for me to do because I had a python script to convert the .csv to table format but that laptop died and I've not made a new script since.

Tried, he retires at end of a season. Just gotta wait it seems

Ah, you could try just releasing him. The game is weird about releasing players though. But you'd only be missing out on like 270k. But obviously you pay his 12k wages. You'll be giving him 72k before he retires, so technically if you released him and it works, you'd be out of pocket by 200k.

You track a lot more data than I do.

I deleted 8 sheets from that to hide all my other data.

I like the breakdown sheet, mainly because it does it automatically, but also because it's useful to be able to identify areas I need to strengthen my depth in.

No hurry at all. Let's all just agree that the last team to lead is winning all along.
