An error, should be 1.3 of his value as you were less than 200m. I haven't checked but assuming his valuation is less than 5m.

Yeah. Most likely club to bid will be their former ones if they're not in the league and they usually happen fairly quickly. Bids happen around midday. If the former club is managed, then AI bid may take a bit longer but will happen eventually as long as they're not transfer banned.
