I thought the FFP-40 limit was for the entire season and that there was an actual limit on the number of players that can be loaned out until Turn 2 thereby giving all managers ample opportunity to loan out at least some players.
 
First couple of league fixtures are Barnsley followed by Reading. Feels like something like that happens every season, I rotate heavily and do shit.

I play @Big-Red followed by @The Stain in the next couple of games so at least any hope of a title challenge will be quashed early.

In the first round of the league and cup which is always good.

Nah, as far as I know it has always been the FFP-40 limit applying until Turn 2. Complaint last season was about Wolves or someone loaning out about 50 players to unmanaged teams because the FFP-40 limit no longer applied. Should have been one of the things discussed prior to season starting but only proposal was about banning loans entirely which was never going to be agreed.

So, with Soyuncu coming in, I am bound to go over the FFP limit, but at the same time, I have accepted 2 bids on my players. Net result after the 3 deals go through, I will be within the FFP limit. But for sometime tomorrow, i.e. until the transfers with AI are concluded, I may be in breach. I hope that is ok. Else, I can ask @The Stain to cancel the Soyuncu bid for the moment and I'll bid on him after the 2 players are sold.

We're stricter these days but selling someone at the same time as you're buying someone has never been an issue so shouldn't be one now.
