Most people prefer instant impact players from a Draft I guess.
Darder is on hiw way out but need to sell one more player as will be just short. If I had players on loan I wouldnt have to.

We could reduce the max loans at the start of the season to allow people more chance. Perhaps all extend the loan window by say another 2 games.

I'm fecked if change to rule 2 happens. RS is such a meanie.
We'll ignore Rule 2 for now and have it set at default 40. But we'll extend the 4 from 2 to 4 which gives managers 2 weeks to get loans out rather than 1 week.Increase player rating to atleast 78 or 80.
That would kill the smaller clubs is the problem. 7k a week for a 75 rated player. Might not sound like much, but that alone is £266,000 a season.

To put it into perspective... I have 21 players rated 77 or less. Some of these players have risen from 70 and haven't had their wages increased yet. But the total for those players comes to £105,370 every matchday. That's 4m a season in wages.
Now we poor people in the lower divisions who don't have fancy Division 1 incomes are already getting savaged. Restricting our loans yet further would just be another nail in our coffins.

Isn't the objective to broaden distribution of loaned players for lower division teams?
I think the objective is to allow all clubs to have the chance to loan at least some players out. Plymouth is a top division club but he's got 0 loaned out atm.
My idea may work or may not. At the start of this season we all put whoever onto the loan list but only accept one or two at a time . A bit like a draft we take it in turns.

Will but happy to go with anything as just want to get some out as for a skint club it makes a difference. Think since I joined in Feb 2015 Ive only loaned out 4 / 5 players.
And if I had two loaned out I wouldnt have to sell another potential talent to fund the Mamanna transfer. Also. I cant swap players with external teams if Iam slightly in the red. I have to sell .

With existing loan quota, most would have been taken up by Turn 2 anyway, so there is no point to extend it to Turn 4 (more work for me as well )
