yeah. I dont mind starting. but we have 12 now and may cause some issues when it comes to matchups. we could maybe think of that when it comes as drafting is most fun in situations like this
Maybe find an alternative way to arrange the matchups? The current system is very daft and it leads to loads of dead threads. What about 3 teams in every match with only the winner progressing to the next round? Would add another dimension to the matchups.
i dont think that can be helped as the people following cricket are significantly lower than people following football (understandably).
the 3 team matchup seems confusing frankly. but yeah, i suppose we can cross the matchup bridge when it comes
The normal all time test and an odi drafts were very active.
The cricketweb forum have successfully ran drafts of different varients - may be an idea to take a leaf out of their book.
Cricket has a smaller pool to work with but you can still mix it up without having teams of nobodies which the last draft ended up. I think that killed participation.

Just draft in 4 teams from previous ODI draft at random, and those players get blocked at the beginning. As far as the writeup goes, copy paste their writeups as well. As it is, there isn't a lot of discussion that goes in these drafts anyways
How about an IPL draft after this season ends?
I don't know much about IPL but happy to get involved if lack of numbers or be someone's AM.
