Viera would be better for Gio than Xavi IMO, going for Xavis passing ability over Vieras engine and presence is overkill. He may just decide to add a striker instead...

The CL winners thing will really play a role now, I was looking at EDogen for example and he could use Keano if he beats Ralaks, but that means he needs to keep a CL winner spot in his starting 11 spare and currently he doesnt have one in midfield.

Yeah, true. Only way to really get through it without much headache is to have picked 4 non winners that you don't mind keeping all the way to the final.
