Its a shite fight anyway, Chisora kn after though.

Regarding Fury, clearly not that great technically, but he's seriously entsrtaining. Id pay just to see the pre-fight between him and a Klitschko. They're pair of annoying, boring cnuts. Be funny just to see him get under their skin.

I feel that it is a fight that will happen sooner rather than later. The K brothers have nothing else to go at. A fight against Fury would do good business over here.

Canelo won but this was a close fight.

The scorecards will be ridiculously wide though..

I don't think it was clear at all, Trout made most rounds and threw way more, would love to see the stats. But I had Canelo edging it maybe one or two points.. knockdown did it.

To have him ahead by 9 is an embarassment

The knock down did it without that I would agree with you, but when you have a fight that close and one boxer scores a knockdown then that fighter will always get the decision.

Should never have been by more than two points but as much as I like Trout its hard to make a case for him having won or drawn that.

I really enjoyed the Trout - Canelo fight. I had it 115-112 for Canelo. Trout threw a lot of punches but very few were effective. I was actually really impressed with the slickness that Canelo showed whilst slipping many of Trout's punches.

There seems to be some minor controversy on the decision, granted one of the judges scores was appalling, but when you have Trout throwing 10 punches, landing two, getting slipped on eight and then getting nailed on the way out with the best shot of the exchange; in those cases I always scored for Canelo.

I have seen on some American boxing websites that some fans felt that Canelo was frustrated, whereas I thought that he looked considered and focused all fight. There were even passages of action where Canelo didn't throw back and taunted Trout by slipping all his shots.

I have it that way as well, I was impressed by Canelo's head movement as I'd not really seen that side of his craft so far. I think in the end Trout's lack of power meant he could never really force Canelo onto the back foot for any long period, It was more a Case of Canelo's slowing work rate allowing Trout back into it and even when he did slow down he still slipped enough of Trout's punches and landed enough counters to remain the more dominant force in the fight.

I really didn't think Canelo had a performance that intelligent in him at this stage of his career.

It was a very mature performance, highly impressive. Canelo wants Mayweather next. We will have to see how Floyd looks against Guerrero but I don't like Canelo's chances against PBF. Canelo v Govlokin is the one that I want to see.

Boxing tomorrow, who is watching? I will be chasing down a decent stream for the Martin Murray fight as I'm a big fan & been following him ever since he won Prizefighter years back, Would love it if he could do it and bring the title home but sadly Martinez will have too much for him.

Rooting for Zab. He may be 35 but he has the tools (and the motivation this time, I think) to put on a clinic.

What's Judah done to deserve another title shot then? Not really kept up with boxing this last couple of months... who's he fought since the Khan fight? He looked quite good in his first few fights with Sweet Pea, but the way he lost against Khan was pretty pathetic.

Still, I'm not really sold on Garcia yet, so if the right version of Zab turns up (how many times have you heard that before?) I do quite fancy his chances. Would love for someone to shut Garcia's dad up as well... what an absolute cock that guy is.

Zab's done nothing to deserve the shot other than being a good technically accomplished fighter who due to his temperament has never achieved anything close to his level of talent.

He represents for most up and coming fighters the same type of prospect that Malignaggi does (albeit that Paulie is still a belt holder) a good challenge for any up and coming fighter but more of a barometer than an overwhelming threat.

Yeah I realise that, but it's just that with Garcia being rated as the main man at 140 (by Ring Magazine, anyway), you'd expect his opponent to be coming into the fight with at least a little bit of momentum, regardless of his skillset. After having a quick look on Boxrec, Zab's only fought once since being totally outclassed by Khan...

All true, this however can only be seen as a tune up fight for a lucrative rematch with Khan.

Having said that like you said a betting man (Iam one) might be tempted to have a punt of Judah as he stands a decent chance of outboxing Garcia who can be very flat footed at times.

Gambling apps aren't great for boxing are they? Can't find anything on PP or SkyBet for Ogogo or Khan's brother.
