The Reality Draft: Main Thread (Finals)

Well, considering I am four hours behind, I would be looking at starting around 1/2PM GMT so I can be there at the start and also a couple of hours before the end.

I preferred your other formation with Cole as LCB :annoyed:
Change plan, I've gone 4-4-2.

The games have been great so far, I've had a quick scan and some of the discussion in both has been excellent so I'm looking forward to catching up at the weekend.

Although I'm not too keen on the new late out with both write ups posted next to each other. Prefer the original lay out where the write ups were separated with the images. I think it's a cleaner, sharper format which is easier to read.

Agreed, confuses me too.

Vierchowod mister :(....

Good lad! Now write it a hundred times on the blackboard so you'll remember it.

Hell of a name, though - it must be said. I seem to recall that he's of Eastern-European extraction - might explain the name, though it doesn't sound Slavic or Baltic either.

It does sound very Slavic (and it is). Vierchowod contains of Vierch (up) and w(v)od as in khorovod (roundelay), polkovodets (chieftain), it's something like "led" or "rule" - depends on the context. "Верховодить" (v(i)erchow(v)odit') is outdated "to rule".
He has Ukranian roots, if I'm not mistaken

Must be evening in UK and midnight in Pakistan.

@Theon @MJJ reminder for your write up!

So, what's up with this? It would be a bit shit to have a no-show at this stage :nono:

Seeing as this was Chester's, Theon's and MJJs team, they probably wouldn't mind another caretaker  I have history with Passarella-McGrath and Elkjaer and wouldn't want them to go out without a fight, so if needs must I volunteer to knock something together. Bochini would be angry at the home I found for him as well.

Hell, I'm not ready to argue with anto yet (and can anyone really be ready for this?)

Heh - you're just looking for a chance to do another of them fancy formation pics of yours.

I reckon Theon/MJJ are still in the running. Friday was the day agreed upon, I believe - and it's still fairly early.

If they are indeed a no-show - then the policy has been clear so far and has worked well too, I think, in terms of keeping the momentum going.

That's interesting, mate - thanks.

think theon sent the tactics to eap. he did say so. is prpbably working now

Great! We will just wait for EAP to start the game then.
Yes, he should be working now

:D They actually don't have half the players done. No Elkjaer, no Bochini, no Rodríguez, no Passarella

Souness is awesome though:

There is a function on Photoshop which renders images into something like a "duotone" format, which means they end up looking like black and white drawings, not unlike anto's heads.

Ridiculous that they don't have Passarella, though.

In fairness, how many people will order one of those in the UK/Europe?

Yep, found it already. They are great, but Ruggeri isn't there either!

I like full-sized images better though, but then it's hard to talk about tactics judging on this picture.

Feck off, you are not taking my competitive advantage!

That's actually quite cool but certainly not handy for team comparison.

Willy doesn't look happy at all!
