What happens if Chester doesn't come before 18.30 when his time is up? We can't do the TBOLA round before that? So I may as well skip giving anybody my pick as I have to wait for Chester anyhow and I'll be back at 21-22. Who will be around the coming 3-4 hours?
I think we should go ahead with TBOLA and reveal all the departures except from Chester's team, as he should pick a player before knowing who he loses.

Fact is Chester needs two CBs, we know what sort of CBs he likes and which ones are available so it shouldn't be too hard for EAP to make an AM-style judgement call there if it starts getting ridiculous.

What's the difference really? Either you trust the lad or not, for both jobs. EAP as GameMaster can pick a CB for Chester to keep things moving, doesn't make him have a vested interest or anything, he is just stepping in to keep things going when we haven't heard from Chester for almost a week, bar an hour or so.
I'm cool either ways in any case.
