Michu scores the first goal of the premier league term, nobody will get points for the assist though, it was a loose ball from the back.
 
Michu, Petric and Nolan :drool: Simpson got me an assist too. Great start. Is there a new code for this or is it just the same league as last year??
 
In joint 8th position, not bad!

I tripled up on Chelsea players in the form of Cole, Lampard and Torres because of their double gameweek, so I am hoping for a big points haul from them.

Although I did captain Lampard over Torres, which was probably a mistake...we shall see!
 
Forgot to do anything about my team before the weekend. Had Rio, Aguero, Richards and Song in it. No idea how how I did. Perhaps Ba and Lambert saved it from a total failure.

Gonna play the wildcard right away. This team needs an overhaul. My mistake for not thinking about it ahead of the weekend.

Better start than expected, Ivanovic, Michu & Petric giving the team steady points.
Torres & Mata obvious disappointments so far.

2nd in league, won't hold on for that for too long :)

I've had a great start, top of the league and have 5 players to play, including the 3 Chelski players.
 
Is the gameweek over? I had Richards in my starting XI who didn't play at all but he hasn't been replaced by my first sub yet.
 
IF Ramires and Cahill play the next game, will they stay in my team? i hope they don't play and get replaced :nervous:

If either play they will be counted in your starting eleven. Only if they don't play will your subs come on.
 
Made a few transfers, although had a good first week.

Shipped out Sinclair with his impending move to City and brought in Kacaniklic. Swapped Sandro for Fellaini & Kone for Demba Ba.

Nicely set up for the weekend.

I was thinking the same thing? Three assists, man of the match (probably) yet no bonus. Ffs Torres got 1 point from that game, Ivanovic two and Cahill three. That's just plain stupid.

I was so close to picking Cole, Ramires over Hazard and Ivanovic. Thankfully Torres scored, after 1 game and 60mins in the 2nd game I thought it was 2011/12 all over again. But 3rd place 96 point good start.
 
My all Chelsea (and ex-chelsea) team are doing ok. 25th in the league.

I've must transferred out SWP for Victor Moses. He's still listed as a Wigan player, what will happen when he officially moves? I'll have 4 current Chelsea players in my team.

As long as you don't make any transfer it's fine. But the next player you transfer out has to be one of your 4 Chelsea players.
 
It's a hard one now with Chelsea and their midfield.

Moses, Mata, Oscar, Lampard, Mikel, Essien, Ramirez.

Same shit as with our midfield ;)

Who to choose from Kagawa, Nani, Young, Valencia, Carrick, Cleverley, Anderson, Giggs, Scholes? Ridiculous!

You can add City in there as well.

But that's what makes this game tougher than it used to be. With the larger squads and rotation risk, you end up with a lot of money spent on players that don't play that week or only come on for 15 or 20 minutes. The risk of rotation isn't taken in to account by the game's administrator, Kagawa, Nani, Young, Valencia are all expensive but they aren't all going to play every week.
