Having seen Costas past few fights, it's really hard to see how he beats Izzy. He basically walks down his opponent and has good power and a great chin but it does seem his striking is pretty basic. With the speed and craftiness of Adesanya can only see it going one way. 3rd round tko is my prediction.
Can't believe Dana's comments. How does he think Colby's words to Usman were not racist? It's hard to keep following an organisation that is just turning a blind eye (and sometimes even supporting) racism... I feel in two minds about this now... I love watching the fights but I feel dirty watching it now...

Thought Costa played the press conference well, he seemed relaxed, was funny at times. Israel seemed the more keen to start an argument, came off a bit too keen at times. You could tell Costa was a bit drained from the weight cutting process, just hope he makes the weight come fight night. I never realised that Israel is 31, not that it's especially old, for some reason I just assumed he was much younger.

Yeah, on the rare occasion he seems to be himself he seems alright but it's pretty rare these days (when in camera obviously...sure he's himself when we don't see him!) And the whole personality he puts off is just really cringing. At least Costa is having a laugh a bit more.

Still got Adesanya to win, but not so sure as I was. Those first rounds gonna be madness. Skinny boy Adesanya wouldn't be able to take many body shots from that beast, but Costa has to be able to close the distance first. We'll see. Super pumped.

To be honest Izzy should be way too good of a striker for Costa to deal with, especially with the reach advantage. Unless Costa is willing to try take him to the ground I can't see him winning. Body shots and leg kicks will help but just don't know how he closes the distance without getting pieced up. Gap in the striking ability should be far too big.
