Holly was a bad match stylistically speaking. Nunes is a much stationary opponent. Cyborg will just walk Nunes down until something big lands or the accumulation of punches are too much. Nunes cardio sucks by the way. this is not gonna be a slow paced fight.
She clearly beat Holly. Though I have no idea why you quoted me there. I said I hope she beats the piss out of Nunes.
Not sure if Cyborg has lost a step but I didn't find her particularly as impressive in her last fight. They are both probably a bit past their respective peaks.
Tony Ferguson vs Anthony Pettis has reportedly been added to the Khabib vs McGregor card.

It's improved. Did well against Shevchenko and the Pennington fight lasted nearly 5? The fight with Cat Z was a huge kick up the backside.
insurance policy is the way I see it. I hope I'm wrong but I just don't see that Khabib v Conor fight happening.
100% insurance policy imo. If Conor or Khabib drop out, Tony steps in. Pettis is the lesser quality sacrificial lamb.

Yeah she learned to pace herself, but that doesn't mean her stamina is really improved. Against Valentina and Pennington, is Amanda who pushes the pace, and that's why those fights were really slow paced, specially vs Valentina, who is happy to stay on the outside, move around and wait her chance to counter.
But Cyborg is different beast. She is not afraid of Nunes power, so she will set the pace and walk down Amanda from the start. Nunes will be forced to fight from the very beginning, so her gas tank will be truly tested.
Personally i think Amanda only chance is to go guns blazing in the first to try finish it somehow. Can't see it happening though.

Got faith on JoJo for tonight. She was fighting usually at 115 so the cuts were killing her. Now she is back to 125 and looking healthy. (she looked great in her only 125 UFC fight so far)
Yeah I happened to watch the valerie letourneau fight earlier so hopefully she can put on a similar performance even tho I’m not sure what the hell was up with Valerie.
Hopefully at syndicate JoJo has also learnt to not use her head to block punches, got an awful habit of eating stupid shots and just becoming Thai static.
A few boring weeks so excited for this tonight! Think it will be a surprisingly good event.
Hope Vicks gets the win, can’t see it being too easy for him but if he can avoid taking damage to his legs he should be fine.
