The MMA thread

I don't think fighters who miss weight should win close decisions.
Also any chance Joe can follow Goldie out the door? He's already been wrong so many times tonight in predicting what fighters are trying to do or completly overestimating the danger a fighter is in.

Pretty good fight this.
I don't understand how Smolka survived that punch on the floor in second round, was fecking brutal punch!

Isnt that the rumour? both are leaving?

Can't be, Joe only signed his contract a few months ago.

bleh, contracts mean nothing nowadays :P

Goldberg was on MMA Hour a few months ago and said he didn't see himself leaving so seems like he might have been pushed out. Joe on the other hand wants to leave...

Yeah, thats the feeling I get with Goldberg. And yeah, I think Rogan wants to leave. Will be weird hearing PPVs with both gone.

Joe sounds happy on his podcast with his new contract though. No travelling, less work and he can focus on hunting and comedy. No shows outside of the States.
Theres also a rumour about Goldie and a substance abuse problem thats doing the rounds,

Yep, except for the first 10 seconds of round 2, this has been zzz

lol, 2 judges had it 29-28 to Kim, and the third had him losing all three rounds rofl.

It's the fights we all been waiting for. You can't give up now! Grab a can of red bull.
I've just had an extra strong coffee

I usually would be drinking alcohol for UFC nights but I'm kind enough burnt out from excessive drinking over the last week

Also I expect the next fight will be similar

Cody and Linker will fail most of the time against TJ and Cruz

Relying on that one big shot which there is always a chance, but unlikely

Lineker took a ridicolous amount of dmg, and still lifted TJ up after the fight, was wondering how he could even stand :)

Funny how TJ dropped Viper from his nickname after McGregor called him snake in the grass... But I'll never forget

Doms boxing is overrated. He throws his head into his punches and ends up with his chin exposed.

Dom needs this round. Point fighters struggle when they have to come forward.

Joe ignoring half of Codys landed shots ffs. No reaction to the shots he even sees
