As scummy as that is (and it's really fecking low), attacking Edwards from the emotional angle is a very smart thing to do. He is known for being an emotional guy, and getting under his skin to the point he just wants to take Colvington's head off might make him deviate from his composed and calculated style, which plays directly into Colvington's hands as there'll be far more opportunities to shoot and wrestle if Edwards loses his calm and is swinging wider and wilder than he normally would.
I wish he had that kind of rage that turns cold and makes him hyperfocused, but I doubt it'll be something he can use to his advantage. If he can... Colby is going to get really hurt in this one, and for as long as he can take it, too.
He really needs to feel wrath for this one. What an absolutely disgraceful thing to do - it's always talk of him playing the heel and it being an act, but he's totally overstepped the mark this time and the repercussions for such a violation should be severe.
