Hate to see Dariush lose because he seems like a great guy but the potential for Arman vs Islam 2 is mouth watering.

As scummy as that is (and it's really fecking low), attacking Edwards from the emotional angle is a very smart thing to do. He is known for being an emotional guy, and getting under his skin to the point he just wants to take Colvington's head off might make him deviate from his composed and calculated style, which plays directly into Colvington's hands as there'll be far more opportunities to shoot and wrestle if Edwards loses his calm and is swinging wider and wilder than he normally would.
I wish he had that kind of rage that turns cold and makes him hyperfocused, but I doubt it'll be something he can use to his advantage. If he can... Colby is going to get really hurt in this one, and for as long as he can take it, too.

Hope Edwards, Thompson, Ferguson and Emmet wins, Thompson just because he's hard not to like, but the others mainly cause i don't like their opponents

Very good card. Edwards is going to be fired up after the comment Covington made. I think it makes it an interesting fight as he may be too emotional which could be his downfall.
Paddy vs Tony is also interesting. I don't think Paddy has been great in his performances in the UFC and is very hittable but Ferguson is clearly on the decline as can be seen by his losing streak. If Pimblett pulls off the win it will be huge for his CV.
Also really would love to see Wonderboy win but I think Shavkat will be too much for him.

If Edwards can stay long, this will be the worst, most brutal beating he’ll give anyone in his MMA career so long as Colby can remain conscious. If Edwards gets his way, Colby will never be the same fighter again. Oh well.
Tony to roll back the years tonight for one last hurrah. Throwing a fiver on him to finish Pimblett in round 1.

Colby doesn’t stand a single chance standing; this isn’t Usman or Masvidal. Edwards’ strikes are another level and there’s also elbows and knees. If Colby can’t walk through those strikes or get the shoot openings, I’d say this will be a very different fight to what we’re used to. I think there’s some punch-kick, punch-knee combos to the same side coming Colby’s way, nothing like he’s used to with the single strikes of people like the aforementioned.
I think if Edwards’ power is established in the first round, it’s going to be a brutal night so long as the emotions stay in check. If Leon keeps to his patient style, Colby’s sloppy striking has openings for him all night, which is why Colby wants him riled and wild.
Really hope Colby gets a reckoning tonight.
