Big if. Tuanzebe his problem is that he cant stay fit at all. If he could stay fit he would be a starting Premier League player.Great signing for Ipswich. If he can stay fit, they'll have a fantastic back line.
True, maybe will be managed better though in a lower pressure environment. Certainly will follow Ipswich a bit more now.Big if. Tuanzebe his problem is that he cant stay fit at all. If he could stay fit he would be a starting Premier League player.
Back to England, and joined ReadingJoel Pereira is currently without a club after RKC Waalwijk released him at the end of his contract this summer.
He started the first two games in 2021 when he signed for them, but a hernia injury kept him out of the team for the remainder of the season. He was on the bench towards the end of that season but never recovered that starting position.
Played three games last season, lost all three conceding 11 goals in the process.
35 caps for Portugal U17-U21 but his career seems to be going downhill. Too bad, seems like a lovely lad and he sure had some goalkeeping talent too.
Nice! Savage, Wellens, Pereira…Back to England, and joined Reading
They also have former academy striker Sam Smith (who we released at 16)Nice! Savage, Wellens, Pereira…

Could've won it too, he hit the post in the 100th minute. And then Fernandez entered the pitch at half-time and helped turn 0-3 to 3-3
Very solid - Ross Barkley should probably be considered MOTM - but Mengi and Lockyer can't be far behindAnyone watch the game. How was Mengi. Always had high hopes for him. He's surely a better 4th choice than Lindlof
thanksVery solid - Ross Barkley should probably be considered MOTM - but Mengi and Lockyer can't be far behind
Does it look like he's over his injuries? Mengi I mean...Very solid - Ross Barkley should probably be considered MOTM - but Mengi and Lockyer can't be far behind
The deal with Mengi was undisclosed, but I think there's a chance we have since we did it for both Kovar and Iqbal. We only had sell-on for Laird though (probably didn't since Birmingham is on the Championship and we don't see a path for Laird returning straight to us without going to a PL club first in-between)Do we have a buy back clause with him?
Really brilliant stuff. This is the first of many scheduled events that will make up our Alumni Programme. We have always been fantastic at engaging with former players and keeping in contact to offer support and guidance. The Academy has decided to formalise this approach with the launch of a formal alumni programme in the new year (working title United Once, United Forever). The programme will see us contact a population of 227 former players; these are players that have left us since 2012 and were registered with us over the age of 15 or for a period of 5 years or more. Of course if players that fall outside of this cohort make contact we won’t turn them away.

Mengi was awful the last 12 months playing for the reserves - I am glad things are improving for him, but there are better (almost) 22 year old central defenders out thereDo we have a buy back clause on Mengi. Guy looks really good. Shame we never gave him a chance. With him, Willy and Martinez we had the basis of a really good central defense. With Varane acting as the experienced head
They certainly love more La Carrington graduates. Linked with Hannibal too.Ramazani scored against Madrid tonight, linked with Everton this Jan.
