We already have the spots filled, just need someone to randomize the draw and we can start drafting.

If he's not coming back at all (which would be a shame if so) then there's plenty of interest for someone to take his spot.

Wait so we CAN pick players who started before 1994-95 and continued to play after or should they have started only in the 94-95 season?

Players who played before the 94-95 season are eligible if they played after as well, but only performances AFTER the 94-95 season will be considered when judging the player.

Straightforward, as far as I am aware. The only rule was to not choose Jordan, I think.

Cool. Regarding the 94-95 thing. I mean it's ok if he played before that too right ? It's just his performances from 94-95 counts. Correct ?

I think there wouldn't be any issue in picking player who played before and after 94-95 season, since its first NBA draft i don't mind in having his complete career as yard stick to judge him.
