The first Cricket sheep thread

Any chance results will be posted in the next few hours?
 
Well I'm off to sleep. I'll be up in 7ish hours to post my next pick if needed.
 
Will be interesting to find out everyone's round 1 choices and how many end up with sheep. For sake of game, I hope no one will have more than a sheep at max.

I think we'll end up with more sheep here compared to football draft.

Yup, I was thinking same too. The choices will be fewer here.
 
Yeah, this will be hard. I haven't really followed cricket properly since 2011 (not that my knowledge prior to that was that much better). I might struggle heavily here.
When do the results of R1 come in ?

Once @VanGaalEra makes his pick. Also, I don't think we get to know whose picks got selected or which players got blocked right now.

yeah by results, I mean the names of those posters whose picks have failed in R1 and have to go into R2 for the same criteria.

Yeah, He's taking as long as the real one to make a contribution. It's a process I guess.

There's no turns here. Once I post the criteria, everyone will send me the picks within the first 24 hours!

Please read the rules again, this is a bit different.
 
As I understand, unless everyone has chosen separate player and there is no sheep, we won't get results from KM, right? Those who chose same will get another attempt while the players already chosen by others and locked won't be disclosed till 3 attempts are done?

Does that mean we have to select players who fit a system ? I mean 6 Batsmen + 1 WK + 4 Bowlers or whatever ? And then select players who would come in at different batting numbers etc. ? Would we also need to select a captain ?

Entirely up to you and how you see it best. But I assume everyone has a strategy and a plan on who they want to draft in
