44 Laps on one set, that is good driving , 10 laps more than most other teams.
Impressive from Roman, 43 Laps on a set of tyres. Di Resta still going on the same set.
Not really, its more like the equivalent of a drive through, but because the pit lane is easy to get through at Canada they do a stop and go instead to make up the time. They said a regular stop only takes 15 seconds here, so without stopping it's only going to take around 10-11 seconds to drive through, add a 10 second stop and go, and you have a 20 second penalty basically (which is roughly what it'd take to drive through most other pitlanes without stopping)
Both Lewis and Vettel must be due a pit stop soon.
I thought, the way it went was drive through, stop and go and then disqualification from the race.

You might be right, I seem to recall hearing a couple seasons ago (it may have even been the new pitlane at Silverstone) that they have stop and go penalties in place of drive throughs at tracks where its more beneficial to go through the pitlane than it is to actually drive the track. But reading the F1 website I can't see anything that says that at all, so ignore me I guess

easy win for The Finger, cracking race for the lower place, this is fast becoming my fav race of the season.
This race already is my fave, but I thought overall it was a relativly boring race, Alonso made it a little bit exciting. It shows the quality of the race when 5th place gets lapped. I am fast becoming bored of this season and would not feel any differently if I missed the next couple of races.
