The F1 Thread 2013 Season

If he could have just passed him he wouldn't have radio'd asking for them to move him out of the way.

Difference comes because Vettel took it on himself to just get it done.

I disagree bud. Hamilton was right on Vettel at the time, Vettel didn't get held up or anything or else Hamilton would have passed him. Fact is, Vettel was always one second behind Webber at the time, and asking Webber to move over was bullshit.

Then, when the team asked Vettel to keep the gap, that was even more bullshit because at the time Vettel was faster and was going to pass him. Vettel's done nothing wrong in the final part of the race, but at the beginning he wasn't going to pass Webber even if he hadn't told the team anything.

Hopefully, Webber says something nasty. Atleast that'll be entertaining.

Good call Leg, Webber wouldn't be so angry if he wasn't expecting Vettle to pass him. Orders surely must of come down for Vettle to back off and he didn't. But if that is the case then props to Vettle for saying feck it, it's a race Im going for the win, something Nico should of done.

Because I've watched his career  Don't get pissy about it, he's just a bit of a twat. So's Hamilton, so was Schumacher, so's Alonso!

This after race stuff is better than the race.

It's getting pissy to ask you why someone is a twat? Ok.

Webber needs to man up, if he wanted to win the race he should have fecking driven faster.

It's the principle I think, Vettel probably didn't follow team orders and raced Webber when he wasn't expecting to be raced.

Spot on, and i think Webber is fuming over the fact he's been asked to follow those orders in the past & has done so. Yet when the favour is asked to be returned, Seb doesn't like to follow it.

Ruthless, all champions have that streak.

Ruthless but also cnutish, Webber has held station behind Vettel many a time and got on with it.

Also the utter disgust in Vettel's voice when he told the team to get him out of his way wasn't really on.

This post race chat will either be great or full of drivers trying to avoid answering questions. Depends on how much they want to stick their necks out

He was clearly being held up when he called in, he and Lewis were faster than Webber and were closing in.

7 point swing when every point might make a difference and Webber is unlikely to be a factor in the end.

Webbers pissed because they were given their code to hold station 'multi 21'

It might come back to bite vettel in the future

That last bit I can agree with.

If he was being held up, he should have pass and not asked his team for help, the other guy is trying to win too.

Webber blasting the team.

Excellent stuff from Webber, tells it like it is without throwing the toys out the pram.

You could say the same for all great champions again. They are ruthless and cnutish as well.

And Hamilton being a little poor...again pointing out Button's mistake.

Love the fact that Webber wants nothing to do with the team. Hope Vettel gets punished.

Vettle trys to avoid the whole thing. At least Webber has to balls to say it how it is.
