He brings sponsorship and a desirable name and given Williams are a team in need of money its never a gurantee he will lose out but if it was based on talent Bottas would be in there next season and I would fancy him to become a star.
Alonso likes to have Massa there I reckon, makes him look fantastic being able to spank his team mate in quali and race day every grand prix.
I thought Maldonado brought in the majority of sponsorship in that team? I could be completely wrong though, if it was down to talent alone Bottas would easily have Senna out I agree.

Very few of the lower end and mid table teams run without a sponsorship bringer, its the only way they can survive.
He usually does so it would not be a big shock if it happens.

Thats very true, hopefully one day we can see these bottom three teams tossed out on their arse, Caterham, Marussia and HRT bring nothing to F1 at the moment except slow traffic that needs to be lapped on race day. One can only hope though.
