That's as much the tyres fault, as is the first half of this race being so crap because everyone is more concerned with managing tyres than racing.

Well that's it, its a rule issue. They can't push in the opening stint because the tyres have been punished during quali, the cars that then strap on brand new tyres through not running in Q3 just pick up places easy. How is that fair for the drivers trying to put on a show? We are going to get to the point where nobody runs in Q3 one day.
Yep, they should just give them X number of quali tyres and Y number of race tyres, with the number of race tyres you get not being affected by the number you use in quali.
