The F1 Thread -2007

I hope McLaren enjoyed the race.

Because on Thursday their fecked. ;)

1. Raikkonen (Ferrari)
2. Massa (Ferrari)
3. Alonso (McLaren)
4. Hamilton (McLaren)

Apart from the start there wasn't much action at all.

Alonso is 2 points behind Hamilton now while Raikkonen is 13 points behind Hamilton.

3 races left - Japan, China, and Brazil.

Appalling 'race'.

First few corners were good though, really enjoyed that, more please. With McLaren out of the constructors, maybe Alonso and Hamilton will be more likely to take more risks with each other.

Definitely, before we were used to seeing McLaren run things in a team way (the incident when Alonso held McLaren brought all this out) but now I don't think Ron will be bothered about fail-safe strategies in the race with the safety car like we have heard about previously.

Alonso has just been edging out Hamilton recently, could it be experience... I have heard the commentator say that Hamilton doesn't have access to the full amount of Alonso's driving data so this could be playing a key role.

Being so reliable it looks like it will go down to the wire and it seems as if one track suits one team more than the other, so we don't get the full four-way battle we want to see.

"Fernando always complains about others he says are unfair, but he pushed me off clearly intentionally. For a young driver like me, who looks up to a double world champion, he is not fulfilling his position as a role model," Hamilton said.

Feck sake Lewis.

The whole think look how good and innocent I am after such a hard up-bringing followed by the hype has gone too far for me- it's starting to get on my nerves.

The move was harsh but it was okay - I've seen Hamilton defend his line and pull off other manoeuvre's in such a manner this season.

He's lucky he isn't racing against Schumacher he would have been clean off into the wall... :D

I can see Alonso winning this year again. He's not letting go of that crown easily. Doubt Hamilton will win another race this season.

Both McClarens looks to be in trouble, getting interesting

anyone care to update me on the race?

just started watching, what happened at te start?

positions please .. and how many laps left ..

MS was the best in rain .... shame he's gone

shame for kimi that he couldn't get the second place

but what a bit opf racing from massa! best bit of racing this season

Brilliant drive by Lewis, he surely has it now.

Webber was fairly livid with Vettel. Webber's never even had a podium before, has he?....and some kid knocks him up the arse when he's in second. I'd be pissed off too. The restarts were nervous enough...Vettel wasn't composed.

HAMiLTON WINS, GET THE feck IN!!!!

feck ALL OF YOU HAMILTON HATERS

Just watched the replay, great win for Lewis, the titles all but in the bag now.

Alonso, you can go suck a fart out of my arse, you bottled it lad :D
