Yep. Wolfsburg, Bayer, Schalke, Mönchengladbach all below top 7. The likes of Hoffenheim and most of all Leipzig played great seasons, but their inexperience is laid open on the international stage. Köln is struggling terribly in the Bundesliga, too, sitting at rock bottom.
So all in all, a lot of negative factors come together this season.
