The comprehensive Ronaldo thread

He's a disgrace, why not stay out for the fans and the younger players.

All about him isn't it.

He knows deep down that was his last match as a relevant top level player if he does accept the middle east offer.

I find this exit just as funny as everyone else but I think I don't think that was disgraceful. He knows that was it, no more chances now.

Last game at top flight is over.

Legend of the game, what a fall from the top.

  at least he has Piers to suck his arse!!! Every single day ETH is vindicated!! As all real Utd fans knew he would be. Ruined his legacy at Madrid and United!! Go feck yourself you self centred piece of shit!

Isn't he tied with all time caps record with that cameo. Think he'll get farewell game in March to break that record and he'll call it a day at international level as he'll be 39 by time of next euros and considering his minimal impact these days another 18 months and he'll be reduced to mascot status.

Hope ETH calls out Keane and the rest if his fan girls. Embarassing from all oif them. Rio and Keane can feck off from every commenting on United again. Doubt they'll find the time anyway between sucking Ronaldo off. Now lets delete any threads on him in this forum and forget about this twat.

I somehow feel sorry for him. I do. You could see how much this meant for him and he is emotional guy.

On other hand, we can argue it is just about karma because of his behaviour this year.

He'll be shite there too!! What a mess of a once incredible talent.

What mess? Age finally caught up to him after 20 years as a football player. That's tremendous.

Don't let your hatred of the end blind you of the totality of his career. He's been one of the top players and most icon people of football of this century along with Messi.

How can you literally say he messed up his incredible talent, the talent that he had to develop his own ways....he was never naturally gifted like Messi.

1 dodgy penalty after stoking the hype train with that laughable interview is just beautiful.

All while Messi has been enjoying a last hurrah.

Simply massive failure when it comes to the World Cup.

Played in 5 editions and never scored a knockout goal let alone made it to/won a World Cup final

All time great player, but he simply can’t be the GOAT with this fact.

His fans are gonna have to accept that.

most experienced player and captain runs off down the tunnel leaving rest of his team to congratulate opposition/ console each other/salute fans…twattish from him tbh

Much though Ronaldo has often been disliked (and sometimes for very good reason) if he had behaved with more grace over the last year or so then I think there would have been genuine empathy at seeing the decline of a great player and him bowing out like that as a shadow of his former self. Instead he has set himself up to be mocked and jeered like this.

He's had an awful season from a football perspective but also in terms of how the end of his career is being viewed.

Yes won't be seeing him play again I should think. Good riddance.

I hope Messi goes on to win the World Cup now :D

I love Ronaldo and what he did for United in his 1st stint at the club but his behaviour this year has been unacceptable and he deserves all the shit he gets for that.

Not been a fan of Ronaldos behaviour lately whatsoever but that was a hard watch seeing him leaving in tears, with career basically over

same. it looked like the one moment he did not want the cameras following...

I acknowledged he was 'once great'. He messed it up by not accepting the end and trying to attack ETH and the club. He can feck off for that and Madrid hate him too. One of the best players ever but a complete cnut of a person and I'm glad ETH has won the battle and war. Ronaldo can feck off forever for every shit thing he did to United which is many many things. He left us for Madrid when we were a much better team than them FFS. Glad his career ended like it has.

I don't feel the slightest bit sorry for him.

The man has a half billion net worth and is now getting on the plane ready to go home and plough Georgina Rodriguez as a wooden spoon prize.

Yeah.............

Last hurrah for Ronaldo, the only thing he could do to boost his legacy for the past few years was to have a good World Cup and it’s been a failure.

No knockout goals in the World Cup and only 8 goals from 22 games. Hat-trick against Spain was the only iconic moment from five editions of them, and he’s only scored 5 goals in the other 21, for a player that relies on goal scoring to compared to the greats. A strike rate of only 0.36 goals per game in World Cup games is poor.

At the end of the day it’s the World Cup that matters, it’s the only time the best players in the world come together. So his international career cannot be compared to many other greats.

Yeah he’s made himself looked worse than ever. Before this season there was respect and admiration. Now he leaves looking like a damn selfish fool. Refused to even be a team player and actually pass the damn ball sometimes, only to set himself up.

I wonder if Ronaldo will announce shock retirement from football or go to Saudi

SUUUUUIIIIIII
Probably should put a spoiler here, NSFW

Yeah.............
She probably has to leave little notes around the house saying he's the greatest

I would normally but with how he’s treated the club/Ten Hagg publicly, he can do one.

He's gone from making a telling contribution for his team to being carried by his team. Basically, Passenger 37
