Sadly, Rafa's dominance has made the French the least interesting of all the slams. Who can get excited about a movie when you know the ending before ever entering the cinema.
This tournament was more entertaining then last years Wimbledon or US open.
Well for me and I'm sure others as well, part of the entertainment value of watching is not knowing who will win. This sort of thing sucks the enjoyment out of the process. Full props to Rafa though, he's the clay court GOAT by a country mile and no one will ever even come close to matching him during any of our lifetimes.
