Zverev playing very well here, thought this wouldn't be close but they're both easily keeping serve.

Impressive stuff

Sasha breaks! Let's hope he can serve it out.

Zverev now to serve for the set. This has been high quality from both players. Great match so far. Hopefully Zverev holds here.

Yes! Zverev wins first set. This is what I wanted, a competitive final.

What a way to take that break! Young Zverev is on fire!

Then the lad follows up with double faults:lol:

1 set and a break up... 90% first serves in, 15 winners, 5 unforced errors.

And then he gifts the break back like this :wenger: 2 double faults, 2 unforced errors

Gives the break straight back:rolleyes: Needs to learn to keep his concentration and not get too excited. It's not done till it's done.

Then he plays a great point there. Staying with Novak and being patient.

Quality dropped at the start of this second set but Zverev regains his break advantage

Novak gives the break back:lol:

Honestly, these two in the 2nd set so far, giving each other early Christmas presents:D

Imagine winning this title at 21 years old. Great achievement for the young lad.

All Zverev needs is to translate his game over the best of 5 in slams. Surely a matter of time as he's been so consistent on tour.

Now he just needs to take this into the grand slams. Not like Novak played badly, the kid was just incredible. Never expected that.

That was a long but nice acceptance speech:)

Everyone was talking about how unbeatable Djokovic is playing in both tournaments. He got jinxed on massive scale.

Not really, he was playing quite badly for his standards in Paris. Here he was geniunely great all week, Zverev was just on complete fire.

End of era for Sky tennis. Not a fan of watching sports on streams as it could be unreliable at times and delayed.

Sky have lost La Liga and tennis yet pay £10m to show shit like Cardiff vs Huddersfield.

yeah, great win for us. we were also very lucky with their injuries though. couldn't believe how average Tsonga is now. used to be my one of my favourite players to watch, but there's probably not much left in tank after all those injuries plus the fact he'll be 34 soon. him, Waw and Berdych are in obvious decline and will probably retire in 2 or 3 years.
