Berdych pretty clutch so far. Thought he might be a bit tense knowing this is the best chance he'll ever get to win a slam but maybe it's focused his mind instead.

There's an inexplicable carelessness in Fed's game today.

Berdych's also not playing half bad, sends a lot of nasty deep heavy shots back at Federer. At least that's my perception, could only watch the last 2 games in the first set.
Oh, he's quite clutch so far, that doesn't explain some easy points Fed missed though.
And two DFs in one game for that break is worrying. I think he didnt even make any last match.
It's how he's played for a lot of years off late but there just isn't anyone to take advantage anymore.
Apart from the match against Berdych in Miami, Federer's been clutch as hell this season (not in his freak losses, granted).

The reason for the Fed's unforced errors is because Berdych is playing very well imo. The things Fed tried in previous matches aren't always working with Berdych, which is causing Fed to take in slightly riskier shots.
