The shot from Federer down the line in the tie break, what genius!
He is the greatest in my eyes.. in awe of this magnificent athlete..36 years old and when on song he's still unplayable. I am in awe.
So was Murray injured?
So was Murray injured?
Yep. Been suffering from a hip injury before Wimbledon..So was Murray injured?
His best chance to win Wimbledon. Come on Roger!!1
I'm not a big tennis person, but is there a touch of Sampras' last title to the way this is going? I just took a look at how the draw went that year, I wouldn't recognise a lot of the names anymore but he had a qualifier in the semi and Rafter in the final (who was 21 in the world at that point and 12th seed).

Rafter was 12th.
His ranking had fallen to No. 21 by the time he reached the Wimbledon final in July 2000.
That's a weird assumption.
His Aussie open path was one of the toughest possible, and he's won several titles this year. Very different from Sampras' last.
Could be. Sampras played some relatively weak opponents in his finals. He was about the only top class grass court player around from 93 to 00.I'm not a big tennis person, but is there a touch of Sampras' last title to the way this is going? So has Federer tbh. Gonzalez, Baghdatis, Roddick, Soderling, Hewitt and an ancient Agassi.Could be. Sampras played some relatively weak opponents in his finals. He was about the only top class grass court player around from 93 to 00.
