I assumed 7!

Am assuming that its batsman above the black line? Again, that doesnt make sense in a T20 game. I would send white, hussey and malik above the order just to pitch hit depending on the situation. You cant treat it like an ODI where the batting order is fixed.

Behind the black line were Broad's stats, which I hid to avoid confusion!

He is playing three fast bowlers on a pitch that is going to help spinners, I wouldnt call that as being balanced. There is a reason why I opted to drop broad for another spinner.
We got Ashwin and Jadeja and as part timer we got Smith and Kan Williamson, apart from Ajmal who do you got MJJ.

We got Ajmal, We got Gayle, We got Malik, We got Hussey and as part timers we got White and Kohli.

Thats upto 16 overs of spin on a spin friendly wicket vs 8 overs of spin. I really dont see smith or kane bowling here.

I can always prefer to use Kane Williamson (Eco 7.07) or Smith (economy same as Gayle but B/S/R 15.3 to Gayle's 24.3)
The thing is even though Mccleneghan has high probabilty of taking a wicket, your 2 pace bowler's economy is 7.89 and 8.18. If they bowl this way, I can easily opt to let Ajmal bowl his 4 overs out without taking risks! 140-150 is more than a par score, and if 2 bowlers concede 8/over, well that target will be easily attainable.
Also, Gayle in India(Taking India because of spin friendly conditions) has an economy of 8.02- Conceded 661 runs from 489 balls in IPL and 17 runs from 3 overs in internationals, so I'm not sure who exactly will be your 4th and 5th bowler

You know what happened last time when Malik bowled. Have never seen Kohli bowl before.
Again when it comes to pace we got bowler(Starc,Tanvir and Morkel) who can bowl at depth.
You don't have better bowlers than anant have.

Kohli bowls at Ganguly pace. ANd the last time he bowled in T20, he lost RCB the match. He conceded 28 runs in the 2nd last over to ALBIE!

Hussey has bowled 3 overs in Asia. Conceded 29 runs- Economy 9.66. Has also bowled 317 balls in IPL (52.5 overs)- Conceded at economy rate of 9.12!

Which Perera is this in MJJ team? There are said to be 765993 Pereras in Sri Lanka, out of which 56865 have represented the country in Cricket.

I couldn't able to view it, but the still image says" this over 4,6,4"

They needed 43 from 12 and won

18.6
Kohli to Morkel, SIX, HUGE! HUGE! HUGE! That is a biggest of the lot over long-on and Albie Morkel has changed this match on its head as Kohli concedes 28 off the over!

18.5
Kohli to Morkel, 2 runs, full-toss and Morkel has played it away to the wide long-on for a couple. They need 21 from 7.

18.4
Kohli to Morkel, SIX, Gone, gone, gone! The ball has been sent away over the fence yet again! That is a six over the long-on region and that is 20 off the over. This move will be questioned if Bangalore lose this...

18.3
Kohli to Morkel, FOUR, shorter one and the thick outside edge takes it to the fine third-man for another four! 14 off the over so far!

18.2
Kohli to Morkel, SIX, again pitched up and this time he has been smacked over the long-on fence! Too full from Kohli and the power takes over!

18.1
Kohli to Morkel, FOUR, pitched right up and the inside-edge gets the batsman four. They need to score at four a ball from here.

I have seen every single CSK game and it's bad when morkel hits you for 28. He must have played like 10 good games in his IPL career (not really accurate but the point is he rarely hit big). And his bowling was erratic Too.

@Samid there was an over in IPL where a bowler conceded 37 runs in an over. Crazy shit that was (I think Gayle was involved in the hitting that day too ironically)

Donaldo has given his verdict that Anant wins. Given the accuracy of his verdicts, MJJ would most likely win the tournament. :p

Ok, let me get you some stats:
Considering every player plays his average game, no out of form players, no very in form players:
My top 7 players are likely to score 158.981 runs and concede 143.08 runs
Your top 7 players (assuming Hussey comes in as no. 8, as White as last batsman doesn't make sense because that player is useless- no bat no ball!) are likely to score 159.0381 runs and going to concede 148.32!
So I'm going to score .0571 runs less than you despite you having Kohli and Gayle.
But I will concede 5.24 runs less than you!
The stats and calculations coming up
Post stats one more time. I dare you, I double dare you motherfecker, post stats one more time.

Sorry, but love stats- Indian+Engineer(If that is not a subset of Indian)=Numbers Love:D

Last time? are we going by one match then? The pitch doesnt suit fast bowlers, so having better fast bowlers isnt an help. I highlighted kohli and white to point out the absurdity of having smith and kane ball.

no where does it say the match is being played in Asia.

You've confused me now. I am talking about the Pulp Fiction reference in my post
Oh, I dare you, I double dare you is the loudspeaker's pet dialogue, although the motherfecker makes the complete line unique to Pulp Fiction. Knew that had heard this line somewhere, just thought the point being referred to was before Motherfecker

Aye.

OMG, so MJJ relying on Kohli to bowl 4 overs:lol:

no where does it say the match is being played in Asia.

Kohli is not a spinner! And his economy rate is 8.67, he averages 90.42 with the ball, he hasn't even bowled 75 overs in T20s
Kane and Smith 100+ overs
ANd match played on spin friendly conditions- 9/10 match is being played in Asia
EDIT: Fun Fact: Rohit Sharma has bowled more than Kohli in T20s

I'm not going into stats but Malik is not anyway better than Ashwin or Jadeja.
That doesn't mean you cannot bowl Yorkers at depth,Starc and Tanvir can bowl abundance of those. We have seen this in T20,even on spinner friendly pitches bowlers at depth bowls Yorkers. Less assistance is needed from pitch in case of yorkers

Didn't Tanvir win the purple cap in one of the IPLs which was played in spin friendly conditions?
Won the Purple Cap in 1st season, can't comment on the conditions as was long time ago, but the IPL was played in India so fair assumption that atleast half the matches would have been on Spin Friendly conditions

OMG, so MJJ relying on Kohli to bowl 4 overs:lol:

if my memory is right, that particular game both ashwin and morkel got ripped apart by gayle kohli and some guy who opened (forgot who). RCB scored 200 or something tht game and I was swearing at literally everyone in CSK

none of the IPL pitches imo support spin. Only maybe Chennai. Most grounds are flat wit nothing for spinners. Makes ashwin all the more brilliant:wenger:

KKR makes pitches specifically to suit Narine and Shakib, although can't say for that season, as both weren't a part of them.
Chinnaswamy is batsman friendly, Kotla is varying in IPL, and same for Hyderabad's pitch. I think RR had a slower track becasue their matches were generally low scoring at home plus they had Warne and I think Hogg was there as well

Well exactly half the matches would be on his home ground which was quite slow and slightly turning from my memory.
Don't remember whether Man Singh was a slow or a flat track that year. So wouldn't exaggerate and overhype my player

Ajmal,Gayle,Malik and Hussey> Ashwin,Jadeja,Morkel and Tanvir on spin friendly wickets.

How often can you consistently bowl yorkers? Tanvir certainly cant.
