I wonder what it's like to be a fan of the losing team in the Super Bowl. I was about 3 when the Cowboys lost to Pittsburgh but well too young to remember. Since then, I've enjoyed my Cowboys winning their last 3 trips to the Super Bowl.

A lot of people blame Rex for this one. In reality the Bears didn't control the line, either on offense or defense. They didn't run the ball at all (losing Benson really hurt) and couldn't put pressure on Manning. I'm surprised the Colts didn't run away with it any more then they did.
The game is won in the trenches, and the Bears failed to control the line of scrimmage.
Also, we never seemed to get 1st downs on 3rd down situations. Terrible play calling from Ron Turner. We had been running the entire season and then we forget about it in the Super Bowl? WTF? We had 3rd and 1 situations where we did passing plays. IMO that is ridiculous.

yea i still blame Rex, and Benson's MCL, and the reluctance to blitz once it was certain the front four weren't going to penetrate shite
