yep, have done for the past 3 years :D

Usually put 5 Live commentary on though, but I am at my sisters and she has no radio in the living room :(

Why use the radio when its on tv though?

the song Best of You, was that the Foo Fighters version? I only caught the end of it.

is it me, or did the lightening streaks to introduce the HT show look really realistic?

Howcome I can't find any mention of prince doing this song?

awesome HT show

Bears need to put Hester on offense as a slot receiver, the only thing I see working after Benson went down, hopefully they prepared for a situation like this

the rain is creating such drama, great game, if the Bears pull it off it will be legendary

well sure didn't anticipate Grossfumble day in Miami

voted 18 times for Manning, I think

Far too many intervals. I just cant watch nfl and be excited about it.

they should try experimenting with a 25 or 30 second play clock in NFL Europe

the 40 second clock was created in an age where QBs did not have radios in their helmets and had to run over to the sideline or read signals to get the play.

this would also cut out some of the steroid problem I think since stamina would be a more integral part of the game

Good idea,

So who were your team last night?

I had you down as a Colts fan

That was my first American Football game. Really boring and gay. It'd be slightly decent to watch if they didn't have so many breaks.

it wasn't a classic match, when I first watched a match, I was lucky enough to witness the greatest Super Bowl this Century.

Super Bowl 38

I left my Chicago buddies house just before Grossman threw those two interceptions. He was adamant that everyone in the party be supporting Da Bears so I felt it best to leave before the end.
glad I did now.

congrats to Dungy & the Colts.

When I lived at home in the '90s me and my Dad used to be really into the American Footy and stayed up for the finals quite a few years running.

There's only room in my life for 'proper' footy these days, but with it not being too late I tuned it for awhile last night.

That first quarter was a great advert for the game, and reminded me why I used to watch so much of it. The adverts drove me mad though, and I wont ever drink Coors on principle of seeing it blasted at me every few minutes.

I didnt watch it all, but I've just been reading the reports. Pity it doesnt rain during all finals, because that was the key factor in most of the action.

Good stuff.

I guess they had business trips.

I like how some of their fans turned on them during the game.

- As the Colts kept converting third downs and the Bears continued making mistakes, frustration grew among thoses at The Bears Den.

After Chicago quarterback Rex Grossman threw an interception that was returned for a Colts touchdown, one fan yelled, "Get that son of a ---- out of the game."

Later remarks carried similar feelings.

"Why are they throwing the ball?"

"They blew it."

"I hope (the Colts) score 90 points." <end>

And this prize winner... probably the same person that 3 years ago donned a Manchester United shirt, then bought a Chelsea shirt last year.

"I thought the Bears would do better. They didn't score enough points," said Naplate resident Shawn Sauvageau, who rooted for Chicago while donning a Dallas Cowboys cap. "(Colts quarterback) Peyton Manning was too good."

Here's my summary... we saw a good team that took advantage of a weak schedule, weak division, and weak conference to get to the big game and lose. It's what we fans became accustomed to when the NFC used to whip the AFC's ass from the mid 80s to mid 90s.

100% Agreed.... the NFC was weak all year and it was proven it last night

I didn't watch the game.

I'm still traumatized by the Bengals loss to San Fran in Superbowl XXIII.

Ahhh... you might want to follow the current Bengals edition. They appear on the weekly police blotter. 9 arrested within the last year.

Seriously....

redyank, MyBloodIsRed, rrarraroon, Da Bears..... any comment?? :D

the better team won, that is for certain. Still don't get why the Bears didn't blitz a little more. He had all day back in the pocket and while he didn't put up a lot of points, theif offense dictated (and dominated) the Bears.

Bears fan right here!

I thought everyone besides Grossman did quite alright. Considering he threw 2 crucial picks and couldn't hold on to a snap for his life, I think it would've been very close if not a Bears' victory is someone like Vince Young had been under center for the Bears.

Crap game only because of all the fumbled snaps and Grossman's continuous feck ups. Vince Young come to Chi' town bruhda!

Bears with Vince Young and no injury to Cedric Benson, would have won 41-29 :D Remember Benson is Chicago's power runner! And they are a power running team.

Grossman didn't even bother to run it when he had 20 yards of open space in front of him! What a yella
