good luck to the boys, just because they aint united quality dont mean they are bad players, Mcnair had a few good games when he came in, biggest problem is we dont no his best position, so hopefully when he goes he gets to concentrate on 1 position, dont no enough about Love to be honest but was not going to make it here by the sounds of it so better for him to try else where.

Really? You a big fan of John Stones 45 million quid defending ability? Btw he is a midfielder really but anyway

Nop I am not. I find it hilarious that Shitty spent 45m on a defender that can't defend. Long may continue

Six years? I think you are being harsh as he hasnt been injured for 5 years but if it suits your argument okay.

He hasn't been very good or available (which is basically the same thing) thoughout most of his career with us. Unfortunately its common for promising defenders to just fizzle away. I lost count of the number of new 'Maldinis' I've seen

We will find out by september 1st lad. Either way we will need 4 CBs unless Jose likes Tuanzebe or TFM there because I dont think he rates Rojo at all.

I won't be surprised if Mou ends up buying an experienced CB TBH.

I though McNair had potential somewhere that's not in defence. Only saw Donald Love play one game and he was atrocious. Hope they both do well at Sunderland though.

McNair played well as a CDM for Northern Ireland. Liverpool got 4m for Sinclair, 6m for Smith and 15m for Ibe. So hopefully we get at least 7m. Either way, neither were good enough for United.
Liverpool.no wrote that the price for Smith was closer to 3 mill pounds

A good decision and a good fee for McNair. Also, a loan move for Adnan sounds good to me.Who knows, maybe he cand revive his career.

Hope McNair got a good career in Sunderland. Always find him a decent player, although not United quality.

I always has a soft spot for readytogo forum, especially during the Suarez Evra saga. Everyone on that forum absolutely vilified Suarez, even the Newcastle fans

Why do you say that? Rojo keeps getting starts or substituted on. He obviously prefers Rojo to CBJ. He keeps playing Rojo and Fellaini to my bafflement and consternation. Nor do I know what people have against Jones apart from his poor fitness record. I'm happy to see Tuanzebe get games but know he won't. Leaves Rojo as 4th CB. If I were a Utd manager I'd be more worried about replacing Carrick than Rojo, because I'd probably replace Rojo with CBJ or Tuanzebe (for LB/CB respectively). We could've signed Idrissa Gueye for £7m; a better option than the aging Carrick or top form Fellaini.

I can see McNair being one of those players that end up moving for a fair bit over £10m in a few years to a mid table team.

Both players not Premier league quality. And if you're wondering why they've been signed by a premier league club, wonder no more. It's Moyes ladies and gentlemen.
