meant a long term niggling injury. Don't want another Hargreaves.

12 million? Bargain if true, and much better than a loan deal. Just hope he can cut it at the Premier league, which I have no doubts he will adapt to. Will miss Evra but hey, he will be reunited with his true love Park

Sounds ridiculous, but he would improve them immensly given their other options in CM and they won't give a damn about the fee. It's peanuts for Roman. They will laugh all summer if Matic is the one to help them win the title.

I don't doubt he could help them, but to pay 20m for a player you used as a makeweight not long ago is ridiculous, unless as you say you're Roman Abramovich. Moyes or anyone else at a non-oil club would rightly be ridiculed.

I totally agree, it's absurd, but in the end no one will care if he helps Chelsea win the title. I know this is a bit different, but Dortmund let Marco Reus leave the club at the age of 16/17 because he was deemed not good enough... they had to pay around £15m to make up for that mistake, but so far, he has proved to be worth every penny. Could be the same with Matic...

I guess, Jordi Alba being another example.

Pogba to citeh would be the ultimate kick in the teeth, but i feel the article is being mischievous.

What's happened before is irrelevant. All they should be looking at is whether he would be worth that fee now.

I've been expecting that since the whole mess started when he was leaving us - the whole Vieira thing had me convinced he had been tapped-up like Tevez was, with Juvi being a stop-gap whilst he continued his development. Hopefully the PSG rumours are more on the money - so to speak - then a Premier League team.

Id say fecking your sister in law is slighty worse than a kid acting a bit petulant but to each their own

When Morrison was before the courts I don't think the charge was 'being a bit petulant'. Unless you mean Pogba, but it didn't read that way.

To come back Morrison would have to prove he had changed or grown up for me, whereas I'd take Pogba tomorrow.

In all fairness - when your manager prefers to use Park and Rafael in midfield instead of a player like Pogba - I can see him being a bit annoyed.

Pogba to citeh would be the ultimate kick in the teeth, but i feel the article is being mischievous.

But to be fair, City do have that mentality of trying to pull one over United, Tevez, Hargreaves for examplpe. Even now they still have that small club thing that they cant seem to let go. I know Pogba is a good player anyway, but the fact that united let him go would be extra incentive for them to sign him and then probably put him on a giant blue billboard saying "welcome back to Manchester" or something equally shit.
