When names like Thiago & Fabregas are being mentioned, I certainly hope so.
 
If the fee reported for Thiago is correct then there should certainly be enough to get Fellaini and probably one more player (If you sell Rooney then definitely). I doubt so many supporters would be pissed about getting Fellaini if you managed to get Thiago too. That way you'd be getting both types of midfielders. Brains and Brawn.
