Shady stuff from City and Sociedad.
One of the replies to the tweet says you can still get Pogba printed if you provide an ID.I'am correct in thinking they can't print his name if they don't have the image rights ?
But what about if you are fan and your own name is also Pogba, can't you get a shirt with your own name printed on it ? Pogba's image rights can't infringe with people's own personal image rights can they ?

I don't think they would print more than one shirt per IDSomeone with an ID named Pogba should order a bunch of printed shirts and sell them to people who want a Pogba shirt but can't get any in the store, could make some money until he has signed
It says they held a percentage before having full rights, if so very dodgy, English clubs aren't allowed part ownerships.
I don't rate Ashley Williams very highly, but £15m for a British premier league captain, who has bags of PL experience and has just captained his country to the semi finals of the euros, still seems a pretty good deal.
I know he's 31 and all, but still.. We're in a world where Ighalo is apparently worth more than £37m
They're also using City as a go-between to circumvent Aussie rules with Melbourne. In Australia, clubs can't buy players off each other, so Man City buy players off other Australian clubs then send them to Melbourne, snide shite.Fifa must look further into the ownership structures of both clubs and players. City are notorious for bending the rules. Look at the connections between NYCFC and Lampard and the loan they made from their own club after New York fans had bought season tickets. Look at Pep's brother and his role at Girona in Spain, and how City's owners have bought several players for Girona over the last two years, only for Pep to magically become City boss. Look at the way City are registering their squad players under the company name (as a way to build the rep of the player) and then loaning the players out to Australia and the U.S to avoid having to declare the wages of the player on City's books. Could be trouble ahead.
Replacement for Lukaku?
Could be linked to the Stones deal.
Is it in any way news worthy whatsoever that a footballer who works in Manchester, and presumably lives nearby too, is spotted in a City about 30 miles from there?
Probably just going to buy a table or something ffs.
Could be linked to the Stones deal.
Probably
Where would Lukaku go, Chelsea ? Think PSG would be good for him.
