You're most likely right with Madrid, but I could have swore Pogba would have been Madrid bound this summer. Shouldn't be jealous of them considering we are signing Pogba, but it's annoying how they can replace the best MF in the world with the future best MF in the world as easy as anything.

In two years time, who's to say what position we will be in? We will almost certainly have the financial power to challenge Madrid for any player's signature, it all depends upon our other investments in the midfield.
The pursuit of Pogba would suggest that we will revert to a 4-3-3 long term, for which I'd imagine Mourinho would want a dedicated holding midfielder, a deeper playmaker and a box to box (Pogba). Who better to be our playmaker than Verratti? Two years is a long time in football, who knows how far the club will have progressed.
All I know about him is from when we played against Midtjylland ,but I wouldn't be surprised when a premier league team tries to buy him for 20 million next year. He seems to have the physical qualities to succeed in England, it is surprising to me that a team of Swansea's level did not go for him.

Di Marzio and his staff must have a love hate relationship with our fans, we probably generate a lot of views for his content, but so annoying to deal with. 
£70 million! Might not be true, but if transfers like that and €94 million for Higuain are the kinds of deals we are going to see regularly, Pogba seems a steal at £100 million.
If Everton get £50m for Stones and £70m for Lukaku, they've done very well. Need to replace them well, but more than enough money to do so.
