Sporting reject £33m bid for Joao Mario

Does anyone else really want this to happen?

Joao mario won the Euro's with Portugal and played his part but he seemed so mediocre. He is strong, has decent pace but really lacks the flair and dribbling ability you expect from a world class winger. I was seriously underwhelmed with him after hearing about all the hype.

Don't rate him at all and really hope Liverpool splurge money on an improved bid (that Sporting accept).

Agreed, he's a decent player, but that's about it. Good at most things, but doesn't really excel in anything. I wouldn't mind Liverpool spending £40m+ on him.

The new Allen..

Looks like City and Chelsea both moving for a CB. Chelsea are looking like they will have the better deal with 38m for Koulibaly :) We will regret not trying to sign him.
Yep, we'll be getting the better player if both of these happen. John Stones' price is overinflated by about £25m solely because he's English.

Arkadiusz Milik set to have medical in Napoli tomorrow, fee is 25m euros + 5m bonuses, five year contract

Because if a player will only go to one club, they wouldn't have a choice

Yeah Rojo only wanted to join us, had a strike and we got him for a bargain didn't we?

The only thing that is (apparently) blocking the move is Juventus not wanting to pay Raiola's agent fees - which is apparently 20m - you're saying they'd be happy to accept less and lose more than 20m because Pogba 'only wants Real Madrid'.

If that was the case why not offer 50m, or even 5m

OL turns down €30+7.5m from Napoli and declares that Tolisso will stay in Lyon next year.

Could the mods please add ESPN to the blacklist? Nothing but a bunch of hacks.
ESPN FC is not even an ESPN account. Search ESPN twitter accounts and you'll find all legit ESPN accounts but definitely no ESPN Football Club...Seconds on blacklisting ESPNFC unless they are legit...

"Pogba to Manchester United, a matter of hours: decisive 'renunciation' Raiola"

Basically says done deal, and that Raiola will take a reduced cut

the translated text from the calico mercado article..

Here we are. Paul Pogba is ready to become a new player of Manchester United. As learned by calciomercato.com the deal will be official by Friday. Decisive for the white smoke, the step back Mino Raiola: the agent of the French has given up a part of that 20%, as agreed, is to receive from the sale of the player grew up in Le Havre. The deal is expected to close on the basis of 115 million euro, including bonus, the player a contract of five years from about 13 million euro per year. An important role, in what is the most expensive purchase in the history of Manchester United, he recited the Adidas, sponsor of the Red Devils, who will make the now former global Juve testimonial along with Man United.
