I might be missing something here but why would United brief jouros on a transfer ? I get when it's a big change i.e. the manager or structure changes at the club but a transfer, seems a bit pointless.
All PR is good PR? Free exposure in the news, and Woody bags another Mr.Potatohead commercial deal...

Maybe the side effect is that Zidane freaks out, he begs Perez to move forward quickly etc etc.

Like someone else said, i'm sure RM stays up to date through their own system, rather than through english journalists.

That being said, the sooner this saga has closure, the better. No matter which way it ends.

Basically says Juventus playing hardball and dont want to sell. negotiations still going on.

If he was categorically not for sale, there would be no negotiations. It's like the Mkhitaryan transfer and most transfers basically. The player is not for sale until he's sold.

Neymar was categorically not for sale, that didn't stop Woody from flying over and launching a silly bid.

EDIT: Utd officials met Raiola in Monaco. Pogba has spoken to friends and said he's open to return to Utd. *

*Thats what I gather from Google translate

How can Chelsea registered these Brazilian so easily ( not this one)? We seem to have every trouble getting working permit for our non EU players and Chelsea adding Brazillian like every transfer window now.

Another thing is that if we had signed Sanches, then no way would be trying to get Pogba for £100m now.

So this might turn out good for us United fans

I don't buy the 'hesitation' angle either. I'm sure we made it known to Sanches that we wanted him. He made his choice and fair play to him. Based the Euro's thus far though, I'd have taken Sanches over Pogba in a hearbeat.

Sanchez 1 good season in portugal and 3 games in euros for 80 million euros (68 million pounds) is better than 4 time seria winner, champions league finalist and a fixture in a talented france squad for 80-100 million. Erm?
