Summer Transfer Tweets 2016

I'm actually happier it's this way. Reminds me of the David Gill times. No news and then boom.
I have different memories. No news, 1 huge transfer saga which results in heartbreak, Ashley Young, no value in the market at the end of preseason. :( All of this while our rivals are signing Silva, Aguero and many other good players.

I'm very concerned we aren't even getting linked to wingers. We need one or two desperately.

I suspect silly season will officially begin now that the CL final is over. Our usual Twitter bots should be in full swing soon.

Zieler must have set the goalkeeper market in motion. Zieler --> Leicester, Schmeichel --> United, DDG --> Madrid, Navas --> ?

I seriously doubt there will be some sort of domino effect of keepers moving. If anything, Leicester are bringing in more skill at the keeper position to compete with Schmeichel for Europe.

Various international comps and olympics, we'll be getting the whole rumours and players saying they're only concentrating on the tournament etc. Long summer ahead.... I for one can't wait, speculation ahoy.

Interesting, we definitely need a midfielder.

So going by Di Marzio the two players we're looking to get early on is Manolas and Gomes, has he linked us with anyone else?

Hate Duncan Castles but if his article is correct, then Mou is looking to strengthen the spine of the team first. I definitely think this is right thing to do. If you are strong right down the middle, it makes a huge difference. A cb, cm and cf will transform us. After that a RW is the next step. There's been so many changes to the playing staff in the last 24 months, I think it'd be too much to bring another 5 starters in in one go. I'd prefer three high quality, elite signings this summer, and then a reassessment in 12 months time. It should easily be enough to get us a top 4 spot and bring us back into competitive relevance. The squad is nowhere near as bad as people make out. I think these players all have a lot more to give than Van Gaal was letting them show. Probably the only player I would absolutely write off at this point, is Fellaini. I think it is an either/or situation between Carrick and Schweinsteiger for a squad place; and given Basti's injury record and apparent apathy, I'd be inclined to give it to Carrick. That said, it's hard to judge what is happening behind closed doors.

'Pogba? He is staying. Morata? I hope so. Cellino is superstitious'.

I'm not being funny, but do we have to have half the twats in foreign languages? Surely, there must be plenty in English.
The English journalists are rarely reliable.

Yeh why doesn't that a. hole di Marzio stop tweeting in his native language and tweet in English for us.

To be fair it'd be useful if tweets in another language were translated too..

Ever so sorry about that mate. Here is the English version. Please do let me know if I can be of any further assistance ;)

To be fair, I think if a tweet is in Italian or whatever, there should be a translation or at least an idea what the tweet is about.
Makes life so much simpler

I guess I'm the only fool that clicks the link and reads the article that gets automatically translated into English
