I could live with that. Drop one of the front three for Matic/McTominay when against top opposition. Probably underwhelming to most but I would take it if offered now.
Rabiot, Fernandes and Maguire are not coming and Pogba and De Gea are both leaving. So I think this line up is far off of what we'll see. We'll probably look like

And Chong, Greenwood and hopefully Gomes will get some minutes.
I don't see any attacking players, who had more than 20 goals&assists during last season joining us this summer. No one of the Fernandes, Dybala, Greizmann mold.
Only players like James, Longstaff and other players with potential in the range of £20m-£30m.
There will be no DOF until next summer. But there will be a lot of corporate meetings underlining our financial strength and health.
There's plenty of "not die hard" fans who have heard of Manchester United's history and they will keep filling up the seats.
Plenty of our fans will keep going because they'll be excited to watch Chong and thewe other academy graduates in the Premier League. Because we will be all British and young.
If Ole doesn't succeed as Sir Alex did with this current approach we'll slide off even deeper and then even if coaches like Allegri or Tuchel are available we won't be able to attract, because of the deep pit we're in. If it's true about Newcastle's takeover, within 2-3 years they'll take over our top 4 battle and we'll slide into forever 6th or 7th.
With rumors of our top 3 players wanting out (De Gea, Lukaku and Pogba) and our club not acting on the rebuild job (Real are setting a very good example of what a rebuild should look like) an exit of the top 6 is imminent.
