They still need a striker but it massively improves a glaring weak spot in their squad.

I think that’s exactly the reason they won’t. I mean they’ll of course do ”well” in terms of finishing either 3rd or 4th, but that’s it.

Wenger has issues, but he's still a top manager. If he finally fixes the issues that have they should challenge. I'm not saying they'll win it, but they would push the top team.

It's a weird one this year, picking a winner. So many top teams with new managers and two who are new to the league too. You'd imagine Pep and Conte will at least have an adjustment period, our team has to get out of the LVG mindset too. City have strong players in almost all positions but we have some really top players now (but a squad with too many lower tier ones too perhaps).
