Television Severance (Apple TV) | Spoiler anything that has not been aired, i.e trailer content, BTS stuff

I know plenty sitting on the sides waiting for the binge to be fair. I like the weekly aspect is coming back.... but either way works. Definitely feel you are missing out by joining in on a discussion 8 weeks later though.

Phenomenal TV. Reminds me a bit of Westworld.
This is how I feel - although unfortunately for me Westworld sort of became bad TV because they kinda backed into a corner and the story wasn’t going anywhere.

I sometimes wonder what will happen with this show too - what’s the big picture end game here? What does the storyline look like in the next season? Hopefully they won’t make Lumon the good guys fighting some world ending doomsday scenario or whatever.

I'm doing this. Although that's more because I'm half way through something else and watch a couple of episodes a night when I can.

I never finished West World because it got lost up its own hole a bit but that first season was glorious. So far Severance has managed to avoid this I think.

honestly, I liked the plot in S1 much more. S2 actually reminds me of The Bear S3 in a way, as if people behind the show were hoping I already love the show enough at this point to enjoy pretty much any content, any type of episode with these characters.

but that's not the case with me. it's all polished and well acted like it always has been, but now I'm regularly reading Amorim's thread as well during the watch. it's usually a sign of me not being nearly as invested as before.

You might be a psychopath.

I have a feeling that with season 2, they’re not sure where the larger plot is headed - too many open storylines. I just hope they don’t make a mistake with season 2.
