Who would win in the following draft game with all players at their Serie A 90's peak?

Aye, Di Chiara was clearly playing LWB as usual, and Di Livio was playing RM. That formation graphic isn't accurate at all. Unlike Baggio's passing in that match .

Nah, Di Livio was holding most of the time:

then when they regained possession, hi immediately trotted to the right wing:

In possession it was either Deschamps and Sousa in line or Sousa dropped in as a DLP.

Mind you watched the game mostly due to the Juve side, but indeed the Parma one in defence looks off.

Good game @idmanager . Awesome midfield and very good job at selling your attack :)
Aye, just watch Zola trying to do it all himself and piling up the entire Milan backline in the clip I posted in the other game  Makes me chuckle whenever we state X nullifies Y and so on, great attacking players require joint concerted efforts to stop.

That's why Juve can field Torricelli-Porrini-Tacchinardi-Jarni with those three ahead, the work as a unit trumps individual 1v1 "battles".

Nothing grates me more when you play a striker duo up front and they get taken out by garbage like 'x will mark a, y will mark b'. As if two quality strikers left in a constant 2v2 with any two defenders with no mention of the midfield allowing one of the CBs to be a (absolutely mandatory) covering one will not run riot.

Cheers lads. Enjoyed the discussion despite the scoreline. Good luck.

A shame, that midfield and attack really was a thing of beauty (although I preferred the original formation)
