Why wouldn't he? He's probably open to going to any relatively big club in a big league. He's young. Real Madrid probably insisted on buy back clause which we probably refused so Spurs probably said they were OK with it.

Romano hasn't said we've agreed a deal, just that we are in talks, which is what Ornstein says.
My guess is that RM asked for a Bale loan to be included in the deal and Spurs said yes while we said no. We'll see in the next day or so I guess.
