Back alive with Paqueta not being a safe bet?
That's actually very clever
Back alive with Paqueta not being a safe bet?
Just hold for lot of money. We have to have in mind that two average players in same position went for £100m+WHU will be in for him once Paqueta is off, I'm sure.
There's no way we're going to sell him after selling Fred ? It'll be fecking ridiculous. Are we going to bet the entire season on Mount succeeding in the midfield role ?
Paqueta is suspected in a gambling fix case now.
West Ham is trying to get Kudus for 35-40m£.
I doubt they're back for Scott.
Yeah that’s true. When asked about McT, Erik started praising Mainoo. When Mainoo comes back, McT will be 6th choice. If we buy new mc then he is 7th choice
If we don't sell him now his market value will drop like a stone.
If we sell McTominay we will obviously buy another midfielder. The idea is that the new guy will then be significantly better (or at least significantly more suited to what the team needs) than Scott is.There's no way we're going to sell him after selling Fred ? He is 6th choice when Mainoo comes back.It was a huge mistake not selling, he isn’t good enough by how much people can argue as much as they like. But he’s not trusted, the manager doesn’t want him, wants him sold and until he goes we can’t bring other players in, the lack of structure and plan at the club should be incomprehensible but just used to it by now.
His biggest value is not as our 5th choice midfield, some height at end of the game it’s 30m of pure FFP profit.
All the space that Casemiro was being asked to cover last week was insane, with McTominay next to him I think it would have worked far more smoothly though. He always asserts himself on the opposing mids
The less mctominay plays the better he gets with some on here. He's another poor player that has been here too long and will be difficult to shift.
My midfield against Forrest would be Casemiro-McTominay-Bruno.
It will honestly make the world of different.

How could we have not sold him for at least 30 and brought in amrabat? I get the ffp issues with maguire sale but this was cutting nose off to spite your face stupid
The hilarious thing is we probably have to play him in the next game if he doesn't get sold. That's how lacking structure we are. We probably need to go back to a guy that doesn't have technical ability for Man United and had one leg out of the door just to get some running power into the team. He's not even especially good at sitting in deep but it is better than what are currently see. You have to laugh or you'd cry.
It's weird though then, did we buy mount for nothing? I always like to think ETH is a football maestro who has a plan beyond what we observe. Hopefully when Hojlund is back it all fits !
I hope West Ham get absolutely battered today in the hope they cough up the money for Maguire and McTominay.
Same people who defend Maguire and McTominey as “good squad options” won’t even question themselves when we are 5th at Christmas “hopeful of top 4”
The two things are directly related and I would rather have City, Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool and Newcastle bench than ours. It is shite and it will cap whatever we are capable of until it’s not.
These two staying has defined the summer and potentially robbed us of players that would make a real difference. It’s incredibly frustrating.

So I'm a little confused by that McTominay remark. Seems to imply that Mount being injured may change McT's fate... The logical inference being the Scotsman perhaps being needed to slot in for the absent Mount ?
So I guess McT was on his way out ? But no one we know of really approached United since that unaccepted West Ham bid ?
Maybe just a bit of journalistic flourish.
Our club is such a shambles that even some of our fan base actually consider him a good option. Apple doesn’t fall too far from the tree and all that.Knew we would regret not selling him, now he is our first midfield option off the bench, this club is in such a shambles.
For 4-6 games?Probably told him he can move if he wants to play week in, week out as he won't get that here, in which he agreed. This injury changes everything.
Maximum of 8 apparently, if he's needed for those 8, that's a big chunk of this season. This is providing Mount doesn't have any setbacks. For 4-6 games?
I see where you are coming from but McT would need to compete with Mount upon return, Mainoo upon return and probably a midfielder who is likely going to be an ETH favouriteMaximum of 8 apparently, if he's needed for those 8, that's a big chunk of this season.
