No shortage of Youtube vids, he passes that test

on the continent, utd is referred to as 'manchester'. get off your high horse mate.

I love it when they call us "Manchester". Pisses off the Berties no end. :D It's even better when you're abroad and a waiter asks where you're from and you reply "Manchester" and they say "aah, Manchester United" because they think that is the name of the city. Pisses off Berties even more

It's a sign of the times when Italian based players are touting themselves beyond Juventus, Milan and the Spanish clubs to play for United. $$$$$$$$$ Having said that, they'd do an about turn as soon as Italian football took a financial turn for the better

Anyway, what I want to know is, does this geezer smile? The last thing we want is another Nani.;)

Nani smiles :nono:

Maybe he's more interested in Ronnie's sex parties.

"I like Manchester United, the way they play and they have great players. Before I wanted to play in Spain, but this has now changed."

Didn't know you were asking about why he changed his mind on Spain.. Thought you read somewhere that he didn't want to come to OT..

if tosic is mucking about, could this sanchez lad do a job instead?

He is ages above Tosic IMO.. I would rate him higher than Nani as well.. But I wouldn't be too sure on his adaptability.. he may find Spain easier to settle into.. as the PL may be too physical for him...

Mind I do not believe we will sign him in the present climate.. But you never know Ronaldo can leave at the drop of a hat.. Park is stating his future is in doubt.. Nani has not progressed as well as we hoped..

But you're from Bath, and have Terry in your name..if it was Terrinho, or Terressi, then maybe.

Touchy...maybe if you called yourself by a better name - more folks would pay attention to you then? :smirk:

where/when did that come about?

where/when did that come about?

here's just quoted as saying that his contracts up end of next season and is waiting to hear from the club about signing a new one etc..

Was he?
Every game I saw River last year "Chileenoooo" was involved. And I think he was one of the players missed by River this season that they ended last in the league.

I've posted bout Alexis Sanchez before, in that "Ronaldo's replacement" thread and others.

I've seen him from his early years and I have to admit I'm an admirer of him. I find him a very good player at 19 years old.
He would definately be a good signing for the future for us. If this is true of course.
River is a mess we would even miss Gabri or Oleguer if they played for us. I´m not saying he is a bad player, but it is a little inconsistent for Manchester United, though that can change.

:lol::lol: that's very true.
Maybe he can gain consistency under SAF, he's still got time, and he is young, 20 years old.

Man Utd boss Ferguson: Alexis Sanchez can match Ronaldo

Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has reportedly admitted interest in Udinese attacking midfielder Alexis Sanchez.

Several foreign press sources say Ferguson compared the Chilean youngster with United star Cristiano Ronaldo.

"He's a young player with a very promising future," said Ferguson. "Sanchez has so much talent, that if he continues his progression, he could reach the level of Cristiano Ronaldo."

Its from Tribal so you never know how true it is.. Link: http://www.tribalfootball.com/man-utd-boss-ferguson-sanchez-can-match-ronaldo-232291

SAF said:

I'd be shocked if SAF actually said that.

Leaked to generate interest, SAF never said that...

My pick from the Barcelona clearance... Why is he not being strongly linked with United ?

IF his rumoured exit is true..the right offer and manager should tempt him..

Why the feck has this been bumped? Got me all excited!

Worse bump ever. FFS I got all excited for a second.

What a cruel bump
Saw there wasn't many posts so I thought it was recent too. fecker.
