Ryder Cup: Hazeltine Sept 30th- Oct 2nd: USA vs. Europe&GB

Kaymer, Sullivan, Fitzpatrick two down. Well only need 7 1/2 from 9 out of the other matches. LOL.

Fair play to the crowd today. They have been boisterous and rowdy, but aside from very early on where a couple of dickheads had to be kicked out, they have been much better today. Nice touch then when they booed a moron who jeered during Rory's back-swing. Then a decent chap called out "get that guy out of here" Credit where it's due, and fingers crossed they keep it up and it doesn't descend in to chaos and stupidity like the 1999 Cup.

Looking grim for Rory.

Lee: Four points from the picks.
Kaymer: We did well.
Lee: Agreed.

:lol:Most people are enjoying what has been an evening absolutely incredible golf. You're sat there raging.

Amazing what you can read into a internet joke, Dr. Freud.

Yay, a point on the board.

Willett 3 down. Don´t need enemies, when you have a brother like that.

Stenson's round was -8. Brilliant stuff.

Pieters has been epic.

Yup. He more than carried his weight in the Rory partnership. Rory came out like Serena and finished like Wozniacki. :nervous:
Reed was just too good. The top six Euros except for Rose´s putting were top notch.

May sound silly but Europe should have sent in a losing lamb like Kaymer to get slaughtered by Reed, should have let Rory play someone else

Can´t sacrifice a point like that I think, when you are down three. If anything US should have done it. They really played with fire in these top five match-ups.

Can't see Europe winning this unfortunately. Westwood's missed putt yesterday to half his match is proving to be a real game-changer.

Americans just have the better team this time, Europe could have won with better selections but they have also played way below their level

Well played Pieters.

Pieters is going to be some player. Been really impressed with him.

First time ever I'm going to follow this, Thomas Pieters was born in my howm city and started playing at a club right around the corner. Great to have a Belgian in this let alone a local lad. I think he's probably not regarded that highly in the golf world (at least not world class) but I really hope he does well.

Your boy played a stormer.

Hopefully Pieters can translate this sort of form onto the PGA full time.

He's got the game to do really well going forward.

Koepka is six under. Gonna be some player for the US going forward unfortunately.

Great for the tour though that USA are winning this, will make the next one even more interesting

Fowler just killed it dead with that birdie. Rose read these greens like a dyslexic.

Johnson holes an absolute monster.

Ultimately, the US have the better players and it shows.

Europe's rookies (other than Pieters) weren't given much of a shot either.

Feel bad for Sergio. He played his heart out today.
