Poorly but on the last one it's the touch judge that messed up.
Not watching the game but unsurprising to see the scoreline that we are winning. Only time we ever properly show up is against this posh lot.

That was an atrocious game of rugby. Fair play to Scotland for scoring three nice tries but everything in between, my God. England are such a horrible team to watch. Booed by their own fans. Deservedly so.

I barely got to watch it properly. First time meeting my sister’s new boyfriend, so I have no insight to how England played etc.
Based off what I see online about box kicking, it’s a shambles that Spencer isn’t in the 23. He’s undoubtedly the best box kicking nine in the Premiership. I get the feeling that Borthwick wants give off the vibe of a coach that is playing attacking rugby, despite the instructions he is giving. Look at Bath and they are unapologetically top of the Prem by mostly playing for territory, but adding a bit of flair now and again.
Borthwick simply isn’t a top coach. The thinking is muddled, and even worse, he’s not committing to what he wants to do. He’s picking the best player in each position, with no commitment to how he wants the team to play.
As a side note, I almost wanted Finn to kick that conversion. Proper club v country moment for me. Fully expect him to come back and win us the Premiership now.
