Go from French try and Wales deserving a yellow to no try and France down a man. Wales were just destined to win this tournament. They've been excellent today though, especially with how they looked in earlier games.

I still feel kinda sick about it to to the honest though. The ref should have called multiple penalties in that phase before the card moment that would have reiterated they had advantage and no need for madness like that.

Absolutely inexcusable though. Should get a lengthy ban.

I get people have certain allegiances but picking and choosing when refs are making "poor decisions" depending on which way it goes ...

Wales can't be disadvantaged for being disciplined

Look my allegiance has never made me lie about the way France play but Wales aren't disciplined they are getting away with cheating in rucks, they put their hands on the ball, on the ground when they contest and lie on the wrong side forever.

Edit: And the red is deserved.

Yeah, that's how I feel about this too. It's killed my enjoyment of what had been a great match.

Wales weren't disciplined though. There's an argument they should have had a man in the bin already.

It was ridiculous by the French player though and I'm not excusing that. It was a definite red.

Nice edit.

It's not Wales fault Ireland, Scotland, France make stupid fouls.

And the ref has given more penalties against us than for?

Some tight decision yes, but ones no.

We should have let you score then. I'd rather have Faletau and Loony on the pitch

This isn't Welsh 'discipline', they are clearly disrupting illegally. That should be a third yellow card.

I literally made one post in the thread during this game and I am being told I am biased due to my allegiance. I seriously don't care who wins but it's just an ugly second half

Look even on that try the welsh player played the ball on the ground and the ref said nothing.

That should probably be another card. Seriously.

Don't tell him "you're making life hard for me"!!! Card him!!

Sorry, that's so grim. Multiple try-scoring opportunities denied in the last fifteen mins.
Yep. But again, FrAnce did three in under a minute in the first half.

And again, better to let the earlier try in than lose two players. Heart over head
